At Travel Designers Spolka z o.o., we are strongly committed to protecting and respecting your personal data in accordance with the EU’s General Data Protection (DGPR) 2016/679 dated April 27, 2016. This Statement of Privacy Policy explains when and why we collect personal data, how we use them and under what circumstances we can pass them on to others and how we keep them secure. This Statement of Privacy Policy applies to the use of our services, as well as our sales, marketing, and customer agreement activities.

Who we are:
Travel Designers Spolka z o.o. are the Data Collector of the data provided in regard to the provision of services. The company’s headquarters are at ul. K. Woycickiego 7B/3, 01-938 Warsaw.

Data Collection:
Providing your data is voluntary, but necessary to conduct effective correspondence, which in turn involves the processing of personal data for the purposes described below.

Your personal data will be processed with appropriate security measures that meet the requirements of generally applicable Polish and EU law.

All personal data is used only for the purposes of executing concluded agreements, their performance and settlement. Your personal data will be processed for the following purposes (depending on the correspondence):

  • answering a question regarding any reservation/booking or other services provided by the Company;
  • responding to a reported complaint or other request;
  • providing the specific information required by your Company;
  • transfer of the ordered travel documents;
  • presenting an offer or other commercial information in case of ordering of such as well as for direct marketing purposes;
  • for other purposes necessary and related to the correspondence being conducted.


Are personal data transferred?
Personal data is not transferred to any third countries or international organizations. Personal data is processed till the execution of the service and then for the period of time provided by law (if applicable) as well as resulting from civil law liability or public and administrative duties of the Company regarding the rights or obligations to which the correspondence relates.

How long do we keep your personal data for?
In case of submission of a complaint or other claim, your personal data will be kept for the period of time necessary to investigate the legitimacy of the complaint, provide an appropriate response as well as for the period of possible liability provided by law related to the complaint.

Your personal data may be made available to other entities if their cooperation with the Company is justified by the purposes of processing (e.g. airlines, hotels, embassies in the case of visa services, insurance companies, car rental companies, railways, entities providing legal services to the Company, courier services, tax and audit services, etc.).

What are your rights and how can you exercise them?
The person to whom personal data refers (i.e. the data subject) has the right to request from the Company access to his personal data, its correction, deletion or limitation of processing as well as to data transfer and withdrawal of consent for the processing of personal data. Moreover, the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint to the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection (UODO).
